By registering for Infinite Improvisation Programs I agree to:

Event Rules

  1. Be Respectful
    We want Infinite Improvisation to be a safe and encouraging environment; treat fellow members with respect.

  2. No Hate Speech or Harassment

    Infinite Improvisation has zero tolerance for bullying or degrading comments about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity–anyone who violates this rule will be dismissed from the event with no refund.

  3. Have fun and embrace new experiences!

Media Waiver

I hereby grant Infinite Improvisation and Steve Treseler permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

Release and Waiver of Liability

I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents, and assigns, HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Stephen Treseler, Infinite Improvisation, event facilitators and volunteers, and other students for any and all liability, including any and all claims, demands, causes of action (known or unknown), suits, or judgments of any and every kind (including attorneys' fees), arising from any financial costs, injury, illness, damage or death, including from COVID-19*, that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the Program, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE INJURY, ILLNESS, DAMAGE OR DEATH IS CAUSED BY THE RELEASEES, UNLESS THE INJURY, ILLNESS, DAMAGE, OR DEATH IS CAUSED BY THE RELEASEES’ NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE INJURY, ILLNESS, DAMAGE OR DEATH OCCURS WHILE IN, ON, UPON, OR IN TRANSIT, TO OR FROM THE PREMISES WHERE THE PROGRAM, OR ANY LOCATION ADJUNCT TO THE PROGRAM, OCCURS OR IS BEING CONDUCTED. I further agree that the Releasees are not in any way responsible for any injury, illness, or damage that I sustain or cause as a result of my own negligent or grossly negligent acts or my own intentional misconduct and I hereby release Releasees from any liability for the same.
